We're looking for an enthusiastic producer and editor to take the reins crafting engaging stories for our YouTube channel, that keep our audience chuckling along from the first second to the last.

You'll play a key role in the video production process all the way from initial ideation to final export and upload.

• Pre-Production & On Shoot Support: Take a greenlit idea and help turn it into reality. Assist on shoots: cameras, audio, lighting, batteries, cards.
• Creative: Be a key voice during ideation, pre and post production, influence storytelling and pacing decisions and drive creative solutions.
• Video Editing: Drive the editing process from footage capture to final exports. Shape the story, structure, pacing, you name it.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to execute the vision of each project.
• Post-Production Organisation: Manage project files (footage, proxies, exports) in a clear folder structure.

• Someone who's curious, enthusiastic, keen to learn and make the best videos they can.
• Experience editing YouTube specific content. Comfortable with Premiere Pro and other Adobe products.
• Genuinely interested in YouTube, you enjoy watching it and are curious to find what makes for the best YouTube videos.
• Creative and innovative, you stay on top of trends and are keen to find the next best idea.
• Someone who's resourceful, a problem solver, and is comfortable tackling unfamiliar challenges.
