We're looking for an enthusiastic producer and editor to help us turn our weekly podcast recording into consistently great episodes and cutdowns that people actually want to listen to and share with mates.

You'll play a key role in the process all the way from initial ideation to final export and upload.

• Video & Audio Editing: Clean up audio, cut dead spots, tighten pacing, add intro/outro, mix levels. Edit the video version for YouTube (basic multi-cam editing, framing, transitions).
• Cutdowns & Clips: Identify best podcast moments to create standalone videos from the podcast episodes (e.g. 8–15 minute highlight segments).
• Pre-Production Support: Manage listener engagement (voice messages and email contributions). Help prepare episodes with simple show notes and basic research when needed.
• Creative: Come up with creative and innovative ideas to take the podcast to the next level. Understand and contribute to the humour of the show, and what makes a segment a success.
• Post-Production Organisation: Manage project files (footage, proxies, exports) in a clear folder structure.
• Feedback & Iteration: Take notes from the team and quickly update edits. Bring ideas for improving pacing, structure, or running jokes.

• Someone who's curious, enthusiastic, keen to learn and make the best content they can.
• Hardworking, proud of your work, and keen to get better every week.
• Experience editing audio and video content. Comfortable with Premiere Pro and other Adobe products.
• Someone who enjoys listening to podcasts, understands what makes them work and is obsessed with timing and flow.
• Someone who's resourceful, a problem solver, and is comfortable tackling unfamiliar challenges.
• Someone honest and genuinely great to work with, you don’t have to beat Gode at NRL trivia, but being on board with our humour would help!
